This website explains how Your Caring Physios works: the problems we see, how a visit is arranged, where the clinics are, and what the fees are. It is general information for people deciding whether to get in touch.

Not a personal assessment

Nothing on these pages is a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or advice written for you. Reading a symptom description, a service page, or a review does not tell you what is wrong or what you should do next. That needs a conversation and, where appropriate, an assessment.

We do not promise a cure, a recovery time, or a particular result. People improve at different speeds, and some problems need a different service from ours.

Forms do not hold a time

An enquiry, a course interest form, a team-training enquiry, or an appointment request is a message. It does not reserve an appointment. Appointment requests stay awaiting review until we contact you. A time exists only after we confirm it.

Urgent symptoms

This site is not an emergency service. Sudden weakness, trouble speaking, chest pain, a severe headache, fainting, a new severe injury, or feeling seriously unwell needs emergency care. Call 999. Do not wait for a reply to a form.

Concussion and dizziness pages are for symptoms that are lingering, not for care on the day of a serious injury.

Fees, ear wax and courses

Fees on the fees page are the published appointment prices. Ear wax removal is listed as to be confirmed: the fee, the removal method, preparation advice, and which clinics offer it are not final until the practice publishes them.

Course pages describe the training. Dates and prices that are marked as to be confirmed or on enquiry are not a published timetable. Registering interest does not place you on a course.

Insurance

Aviva, Bupa, Vitality, AXA, WPA and Healix are insurers the practice works with. Cover depends on your policy, the referral rules of that insurer, and whether the visit is eligible. The logos do not mean every policy will pay.

Reviews

The reviews on this site are three Google reviews, left as they were written. They describe those patients’ visits. They are not a promise that your visit will feel the same, and they are not edited into testimonials.

Maps and other sites

Clinic maps are loaded from Google so you can see the Worcester and Birmingham addresses. A directions link leaves this site. We are not responsible for Google’s maps, directions, or privacy practices. The cookie notice explains what the map loads.

Keeping the pages current

Clinic hours, fees and course details can change. Worcester hours published here are the public session times we have been given, not a full weekly timetable. If a page and a conversation with the practice disagree, rely on the conversation.
